PerForge v2.1.4 is here! πŸŽ‰ This release focuses on smoother workflows, richer insights, and a better user experience across the app.

Key Highlights

1. InfluxDB integration

  • You can now filter transactions and requests by providing a regex scope.
  • Extract custom vars from InfluxDB and use them as template variables (for example: ${current_build}, ${baseline_build}).
  • New Upload tab to import .csv/.jtl results directly into InfluxDB integration.

2. Additional context

  • You can now add additional context for the LLM when generating a report, helping to ensure a more accurate and insightful analysis.

3. Graphs

  • Built‑in default graphs rendered natively in PerForge β€” no Grafana required. But you still can use Grafana to create custom graphs.
  • Toggle AI analysis per graph on template page.
  • Additionally, it is possible to use template variables within custom vars for custom graphs.

4. NFRs

  • We removed the β€œweight” field to simplify scoring and make results easier to interpret.
  • Added errors to avaibale metrics.

5. UX tweaks

  • Template editor UI improved for a smoother configuration experience.
  • ML report page styling refined for both dark and light modes.

πŸš€ Upgrade Notes

  • Upgrading from 2.x: PerForge will run internal migrations automatically.
  • Upgrading from 1.x: Please re‑create configurations in 2.x; the format changed significantly.

Happy perforging! πŸ”₯
